Preferred Customer Maintenance Plan - Includes two maintenance service calls each year, one visit in the fall for heating and one in spring for cooling. In order to prevent breakdown and maintain peak efficiency, we inspect your complete HVAC system and advise you of any needed repair. (No repairs are made without your approval) Our inspections and checks include the following:

Priority Emergency Service

Our Preferred Customers come FIRST. Should
you have a breakdown, our service technicians will respond to your call as a
priority service call.

Discount on Repairs

When you become a L&M Service Co.,Inc. Preferred
Customer you are entitled to a 15% discount on labor and parts for any required between service repairs.

Reduced Diagnostic / Trip Charge

As a Preferred Customer you also recieve a $69.00 reduced rate.
